Sanko Estate Co., Ltd. (the Company) fully recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and, based on the following corporate policy, endeavors to conduct appropriate protection of personal information.

The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations for the purpose of ensuring appropriate protection and use of personal information.

2. Collection, Use and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

When the Company collects personal information, it shall do so through legitimate and fair methods. The Company shall clarify the purposes of its use of personal information and, except when required by laws and regulations, shall handle such information within the scope of the purposes of use that have been clearly indicated in advance.

Moreover, unless consent has been obtained from the relevant parties or there is any legitimate reason, the Company shall not disclose or provide personal information collected to any third party except when providing the information to its group companies, business partners and subcontractors within the scope necessary for achieving the purposes of its use described in the Handling of Personal Information.

3. Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information

When relevant parties request disclosure, corrections, deletions, suspension of use, etc. of their personal information owned by the Company, the Company shall endeavor to appropriately and promptly respond to their requests after confirming their identities.

4. Security Management of Personal Information

The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures for the secure management, including prevention of leakage, losses or damages, of personal information.

5. Contact for Consultation and Complaints regarding Personal Information

The Company shall appropriately and promptly respond to inquiries, consultations and complaints from parties regarding their personal information in good faith.
